Design Goals
We designed Connectorly for HubSpot and Microsoft Power BI to make it easy to report across the HubSpot CRM data set. We had the following goals:
An easy to understand HubSpot data structure that provides simple access to the HubSpot CRM data...
and works across multiple HubSpot Organisations so that you can report at the aggregate level...
To make it easy to work in different date ranges such as years, halves, quarters, months and weeks...
that includes support across 4-4-5 week ranges as well as the more usual calendar ranges.
To achieve these goals we have both simplified and enriched the raw data that comes from HubSpot, which are structured into Tables as described below.

Calls hold the details of inbound and outbound telephone calls, recorded either automatically through HubSpot dialling or entered manually.
Companies
Companies hold details of the Compaies in HubSpot CRM.
Contacts
Contacts are hold details of people in HubSpot. These are often related to Companies.
