How to reconnect an endpoint application (such as Xero or HubSpot) that has disconnected

Occasionally an application may disconnect - for example when the vendor makes changes - and you'll need to reconnect.

To reconnect an application that has disconnected, first login to your Connectorly account.

If a Connectorly is disconnected from an application, you'll see a red warning icon by it as below:

Click on the affected Connectorly to open its details.

Click on Click to reconnect (circled in red) to reconnect the application, remembering to connect with the same settings as before.
