When you create a new Connectorly, you are automatically assigned the Subscription Owner role. (User Roles and Access levels has details of the other roles available)

Warning: there is only one Subscription Owner

If this needs to change, for example, because you have set up the Connectorly on behalf of a client, or if (as the current Subscription Owner) the role is no longer appropriate, then you can transfer the role to someone else.

Unless you have assigned yourself another role, when you invite another user to be the Subscription Owner, you will lose all access to the connection.

Invite another user to be Subscription Owner

  1. From the Connections view, click on the person icon on the Connectorly you want to change the Subscription Owner for, or from the Connectorly detail view, choose the action sub menu and Invite user.

  2. Enter the email of the new Subscription Owner, select the Subscription Owner Role and click on Invite. In the Invite User screen example below, bobby.chariot@test.com is going to become the new subscription owner.

Note that you can invite users to any role from here; Share a Connectorly with someone else has further details.
