An active Connectorly account.
You will need:
An existing Xero subscription
A Xero user with Adviser permission to grant Connectorly access.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Requirements
You will need:
An existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment with the Dynamics 365 for Sales Application.
You can check if your Microsoft Dynamics 365 is supported in a number of ways:
Check the installed apps
Go to https://portal.office.com choose Admin then the Dynamics 365 admin page. Select your Organisation to see the installed apps. If you have access to the Dynamics 365 for Sales Application you are good to go.
Check your Microsoft Licenses
You need at least one Microsoft Dynamics 365 For Sales Professional license or Microsoft Dynamics 365 For Sales Enterprise license (if you wish to have Sales Hub customisation).
The names of licenses do change quite often though; This Microsoft page shows the current licenses that support the Dynamics Sales App.
The (no longer available) Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Customer Engagement license is supported.
Install our solution
If you can successfully install our solution then you have all entities we use.
The Connectorly entities all start with stl3_ and are created when you install it.
A Microsoft Dynamics 365 user account with these permissions is needed to grant Connectorly access.
You may want to create a service account specifically for this. Speak to you Dynamics 365 Developer if you are unsure about this.
